Vacation base for discovering Punta Cana with attentive staff who provided superb customer service.

I recently stayed at a beautiful, well-maintained property in Punta Cana. It was the perfect destination for my daughter and her husband's belated honeymoon. The staff, including Horam, Watson, and Celso, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The pool was stunning, and we enjoyed our swim-out room. The hotel was a short distance from the airport, and the private transfer was convenient and clean. it was a truly enjoyable stay.

Good breakfasts with crepes and waffle, for instance, the facilities were well-kept. Wonderful and splendid personnel who provided superb customer service, paid attention to every detail.

Booked a room with beautiful views of the ocean. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, in the main "downtown" area which is the central area for all of the Bahia resorts. The breakfast was inclusive, the check in was easy.

It is a romantic hotel and I greatly enjoyed its brand-new rooms and caring personnel. All in all they offer excellent service. And the pool is lovely.

It's reasonably large all-inclusive hotel, everything is awesome here. The setting is great and amazing, close enough to the coffee shop. Also, it's 2 miles away from Punta Blanca Golf Club.

We recommend it. We got a modern room with a large bathroom. The location was amazing, near Astron.

The hotel facilities were well maintained and clean. The swimming pool was spacious and there were plenty of seats available. The beach was also well-kept, with staff cleaning it daily. The breakfast and lunch staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our special occasions memorable. The bartenders at Limbo restaurant were also attentive and took good care of us. The majority of the staff were friendly and greeted us warmly, and most of them spoke enough English to communicate effectively.

Confusion regarding which type of restaurant was available at certain locations. Difficulty making reservations, and restrictions on booking the same restaurant multiple times.

The room is terrific, the staff is wonderful and splendid. Offers nice service and different food. Besides, it has very good wi-fi.

We liked the hotel and Punta Cana, had 8 excellent days there. The location was stunning and unbeatable, close to the beach right out in front of the Ambar, the sports bar, and the restaurant, which by the way is great! There was an a la carte restaurant nearby. Our room was large and airy, equipped with an extra bed and bottle of house white, for example.

Access to the pool and beach was convenient. Good pool, beach, and varied food options. Attentive staff kept the drinks flowing. Nice room with direct pool access.

Friendly staff, very clean, good buffet, again with pleasure.

WiFi on the beach was weak.
